Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange just a store credit only. All of our pieces are exclusive and all sales are final. 

Shipping policy

Orders are processed every day. Once your order is complete, we are not responsible for broken, lost or delayed orders.

Any errors in the shipping address are NOT our responsibility and charges may apply to reship the items. You will have to pay shipping again for your product to be shipped again.

Any claim must be made through USPS.
